Do you provide International delivery?
We don't right now but give us time and we'll be sending all over the world. Right now we are concentrating on customers in the UK.
How do I return an item?
Get in touch by phone or email and we'll let you know how to return the item to us.
What is your returns policy?
Each piece is made to order and we, therefore, can't accept returns based on not wanting the product anymore. Once you have made payment for your order, we start building.
If you have a faulty item or your item brakes in the first 30 days, we'll happily fix it or send you a new one.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your neon sign is finished, we'll send you a shipping notification along with a tracking number so you can follow your neon on its route to you.
What is your turnaround time?
All items are bespoke and therefore made to order.
From the moment you place your order, it will take up to 10 working days to complete and go through quality control.
Once we're happy with your sign, we'll send you a shipping notification and tracking number. You can then expect to receive your item 1-2 days after receiving this.
If your sign is finished quicker than the standard lead time we'll, of course, send it out early.
